That was probably the reaction in Columbus on Wednesday after the Jackets announced that Brandon Dubinsky would miss the next six weeks following abdominal surgery.
Dubinsky, 28, now joins a staggering list of injured Jackets: Nathan Horton, Ryan Murray, Boone Jenner and Brian Gibbons, all of whom will start the season on the sidelines.
What’s more, it’s unclear if Columbus’ leading scorer from last season -- Ryan Johansen -- will be able to play in Thursday’s season-opener against Buffalo; Johansen missed all of the preseason and exhibition campaign to a contract impasse, and is dealing with fitness and form issues.
Here are some projected lines for tomorrow’s game (based on today’s rushes, with Johansen included):First line rushes: Foligno-Johansen-Atkinson; Hartnell-Anisimov-Dano; Calvert-Letestu-Wennberg; Skille-Chaput-Boll. #CBJ

The Blue Jackets are looking a lot like the Springfield Nuclear Power Plant softball team that ran into all those injuries.
