Ty Rattie highlights Blues’ latest round of cuts

Following the Blues 4-2 loss to the Dallas Stars Saturday night,which dropped St. Louis to 0-3-1 in the preseason, general manager Doug Armstrong trimmed his roster by five.

Heading to the Chicago Wolves of the American Hockey League are forwards Ty Rattie, John McCarthy and Philip McRae along with defenseman Brent Regner.

Goaltender Jordan Binnington, who played the third period of Saturday’s loss, is also headed to the AHL.

The Blues currently have 33 players remaining in camp including newly re-signed forward Jaden Schwartz, who is expected to rejoin the club Monday.
