Robinson, 18, was taken off the ice on a stretcher after being boarded during the team’s prospect matchup against the Columbus Blue Jackets. MLive.com’s Brendan Savage has more on the situation (H/T to Kukla’s Korner):
One of the doctors who attended to Robinson said he was moving before left the ice and never lost consciousness.

A doctor said Robinson was taken to Munson Medical Center where he'll likely have an MRI and X-rays to check for a cervical spinal fracture

It certainly sounds like a scary collision, but at least he’s responsive and seems mobile. Video of the collision is unavailable at this moment.
Robinson played the 2013-14 season with the North Bay Battalion and Kitchener Rangers.
