Let’s just say that Columbus head coach Todd Richards wasn’t happy with the game-winning goal in Wednesday’s 4-3 loss to Pittsburgh.
Sergei Bobrovsky, the reigning Vezina winner, looked just average in Game 1 and finished with a pedestrian .875 save percentage after making 28 stops on 32 shots -- but there was one save in particular Bobrovsky didn’t make that drew Richards’ ire:#CBJ Richards on Bobrovsky allowing Sutter’s goal: "“I’ve seen him make that save 1000 times. A thousand times. It’s one that got by him.”

The goal again, in case you missed it:
If the Jackets are going to win this series -- which would require them to win a playoff game for the first time in franchise history -- Bobrovsky will need to perform better than he did on Wednesday and will likely have to out-duel Marc-Andre Fleury. The Pens goalie won the head-to-head battle in Game 1, stopping 31 of 34 Columbus shots while shutting the Blue Jackets out over the final 39 minutes of play.
