Video: MacArthur’s outrageous pass sets up Sens’ first shorthanded goal

MacArthurGoal

It didn’t take long for Clark MacArthur to make all of tonight’s highlight packages.

The Ottawa winger dished out one of the best assists of the season vs. Minnesota at the Canadian Tire Centre, going between the legs to connect on a shorthanded 2-on-1 with Kyle Turris:

The goal was extra special as it was Ottawa’s first shorthanded marker of the year, but any energy coming from it was quickly vanished as Jason Pominville scored just 59 seconds later.

The goal was Pominville’s team-leading 13th of the year, moving him into fourth behind Steve Stamkos (14), Alex Ovechkin (17) and Alex Steen (17).
