San Jose has re-upped with a pair of RFA forwards, agreeing to terms with James Sheppard and Andrew Desjardins.
Desjardins, 26, signed a two-year deal with the Sharks while Sheppard, 25, inked a one-year pact.
“James played his best hockey for us in the playoffs and his game continues to improve after missing the past couple seasons,” GM Doug Wilson said in a statement. “Andrew is a player that plays with an edge, can kill penalties and has the ability to play the North-South game we desire.”
Desjardins appeared in 42 regular-season games for the Sharks, racking up 2G-1A, then appeared in all 11 postseason contests, finishing plus-1 with 28 hits.
Sheppard appeared in 32 regular-season games for the Sharks, scoring 1G-3A, and also played in all 11 postseason games.
No word yet on the financials for either player.
