Pekka Rinne and Evander Kane are about to get another NHL teammate in the KHL.

Kevin Kurz of CSNBayArea.com reports Sharks center Joe Pavelski will be joining Dinamo Minsk for the duration of the lockout. Pavelski was the Sharks’ clutch playoff performer two seasons ago helping lead the team to the Western Conference finals.

Now that he’s off to the Russian pro league, that makes seven Sharks playing across the ocean. Pavelski will be the first Sharks player to get the call to the KHL, however, as the others are in Sweden, Finland, Switzerland, and Germany.
