Penguins coach: Letang’s symptoms “not dramatic”

Kris Letang

Some optimistic news for Penguins fans worried that Kris Letang may be sidelined for another lengthy period with a concussion – today Pittsburgh coach Dan Bylsma called the defenseman’s symptoms “not dramatic.”

Bylsma said Letang will be evaluated by doctors when the team returns home after Saturday’s game in Denver.

Letang was hurt Wednesday in Dallas on a controversial hit by Eric Nystrom. The Stars forward received a minor penalty for roughing but was not punished further by the league.
