Tonight’s starting goalies - March 30

Whether you’re interested for fantasy hockey reasons or just want to know which goalie your team is playing in a given day, we thought it might be helpful to share our best guesses (based on various previews from newspapers and Web sites plus our own instincts) on who might start each day.

NY Rangers @ Buffalo - 7 p.m. ET

New York’s starter: You thought it wouldn’t be Henrik Lundqvist? Come on now. King Henrik goes until the Rangers clinch a spot. (Source)

Buffalo’s starter: Jhonas Enroth gets the surprise start as Ryan Miller is out with an upper body injury. The City of Buffalo says, “GULP!” (Source)

Montreal @ Carolina - 7 p.m. ET

Montreal’s starter: Carey Price gets the call in goal yet again. (Source)

Carolina’s starter: Cam Ward will start yet again as the Hurricanes try to get into the playoffs. (Source)

NY Islanders @ New Jersey - 7 p.m. ET

New York’s starter: Rick DiPietro gets the call to try and end the Devils season. (Source)

New Jersey’s starter: Martin Brodeur will do his part to keep the Devils very slim playoff hopes alive. (Source)

St. Louis @ Detroit - 7:30 p.m. ET

St. Louis’ starter: Jaroslav Halak got a bit burned last night, so why not go with Ty Conklin tonight against his old team?

Detroit’s starter: Joey MacDonald gets the call in goal once again while Jimmy Howard is out. (Source)

Anaheim @ Calgary - 9:30 p.m. ET

Anaheim’s starter: Ray Emery gets the nod in net again for the Ducks. Coach Randy Carlyle has called Emery a “god send” this year. Lofty praise indeed. (Source)

Calgary’s starter: Miikka Kiprusoff will try to keep the Flames playoff hopes on life support tonight. (Source)
