Save of the Night: Pekka Rinne

To my great relief, it seems like I didn’t jinx the Nashville Predators, after all. At least I hope. The team won a hard fought game against the suddenly streaking St. Louis Blues 3-2 thanks in part to the work of underrated goalie Pekka Rinne. The Finnish netminder might not be Vezina-worthy, but he’s not unlike former Predators goalie Tomas Vokoun: he’s severely underrated.
